To have a lawyer on retainer means that the client pays a lawyer a small amount on a regular basis. In return, the lawyer performs some legal services whenever the client needs them. Retainers are most useful for business that need consistent legal work, like contract review.

Because every business is different I offer three types of Legal Retainers:

Standard Legal Retainer:

Do you need overall legal advisement with a few documents reviewed on a monthly bases? Then the Standard Legal Retainer is for you.

• A monthly savings of $375 when bundled together and not purchased separately

Standard Legal Retainer Monthly Fee $5,495

Executive Legal Retainer:

Do you need a little more access to Legal counsel plus Business Entity Registration, Trademark or Copyright filed? Legal advisement with a few documents reviewed on a monthly bases? Then the Executive Legal Retainer is for you.

• (2) Documents Reviewed/ Drafted

• (2) IP (trademark or copyright) or Business Entity Filing

• Priority access to Attorney Domonique price via email and text.

• A monthly savings of $525 when bundled together and not purchased separately

Executive Legal Retainer Monthly Fee $7,175

Creative Legal Retainer:

Are you a creative and a content creating machine? and Do you need more than 2 of your Intellectual Property (Trademark & Copyright) Assets Protected monthly? and more documents reviewed? Then the Creative Legal Retainer is for you.

• (3) Legal Consults or Deal Negotiations on your behalf per month

• (3) Documents Reviewed/ Drafted

• (3) Trademark or Copyrights (Federal Fee included)

• Priority access to Attorney Domonique price via email and text.

• Unlimited Demand Letters, Final Payment Notices Before Lawsuit & Cease and Desist Letters.

• A monthly savings of $650 when bundled together and not purchased separately

Creative Legal Retainer Monthly Fee $10,500

PLEASE READ:

Don’t want to be locked into a super long agreement? All Legal Retainers can be canceled at any point. Just hit cancel AT LEAST 15 days prior to your next billing date.

One last thing, due to the hands on nature of Client- Legal and/or Business Advisor relationship, only a limited amount of Retainer Clients are taken. Therefore, Retainer Fees are nonrefundable as you are paying for access to the above services on a monthly bases and they do not roll over monthly. i.e. if you only have one (1) call in the month you are not eligible for  extra calls the following month.
